BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the financial affairs of the church.  They are responsible for projecting long-range financial responsibilities by which the church can systematically meet its obligations. 

They are responsible for developing a preliminary budget and for presenting to the congregation a final budget at the January Church meeting. They shall provide for an annual audit of all the financial records of the church by a Certified or Licensed Public Accountant.

The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for all physical properties owned by the church and shall maintain and care for the properties, employ personnel and get contracts for the same in accordance with the church bylaws.
