The Personnel Committee The Personnel Committee shall review and comment to the Board of Trustees or the responsible committee on all contracts of employment or job descriptions of paid staff. It shall be made know of any changes in employment or conditions of employment of any paid staff. They shall annually review employment conditions of all paid staff and prepare recommendations for the Board of Trustees and Church Council prior to the formulation of the budget for the ensuing year. They shall be accessible to any paid staff for grievances presented in writing. |
